The All-New H-99 Valve Series

We’re pleased to present you with the New Product Announcement (NPA) for the All-New H-99 – Now available in Hastelloy and Monel
The H-99 exotic material series is an additional option to the current H-99 series, developed after years of studying the requirements of the Refineries, Power Energy and Petrochemical industries
By offering the H-99 valve in Monel and Hastelloy, we have been able to broaden the range of applications for this series.
 

Monel will be of interest to the following customers:

• Those working with highly active media such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid
• All those working in marine applications due to its resistance to sea water
• In oil production and refining, particularly hydrofluoric acid alkylation plants
• Heat exchanger manufacturers

Hastelloy will be of interest to the following customers:

• Those working with highly active media such as sulphuric acid
• Flue-gas de-sulfurization plants
• Factories utilizing organic chloride processes
• For use with pressure vessels
• Distillation equipment manufacturers

Main features:

• Same face to face per end connection as the Standard H-99
• Maximum allowable working pressure: up to 6,000 psi (413 bar)
• Maximum allowable working temperature: up to 648°C (1200° F)
• Panel mounting as standard
• Packing below thread as standard
• Choice of PTFE, PEEK or Grafoil® Packing material
• Choice of Standard, regulating or non-rotating stem
